Currency Trends in Emerging Countries: Jan-Nov 2017 (Monthly Report)

4 December 2017 - The euro and the Sterling have risen against the dollar in November, due to a temporary weakness of the US currency. Most currencies of low-income countries have eventually plunged in euro and pound terms in the January-November period of the year, favoring demand from the European Union. Our monthly statistical report covers the past two years and displays a comprehensive view of currency values against the US dollar but also v. the euro, the British pound, the Indian and Pak rupees, and the Chinese renminbi over a 2-year period.
