Wool Prices in Australia (Weekly Report)

2 November 2018 - Wool prices have further declined this week in Australia, mostly due to a rebound of the local currency. Prices have now fallen below their level a year ago in fine micron categories and in US dollar terms, staying however sharply above their level 2 or 5 years earlier, as reflected by our historical tables. Our report delivers a comprehensive view of wool prices in Australia, with a long list of micron types in A$, US$ and euro terms. Historical charts are also available, such as downloadable historical data. Links to weekly market reports in New Zealand and South Africa are provided.
